Job summary

Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager in Hemel Hempstead to lead a team on the shop floor, coach staff and model outstanding care for customers and patients while delivering strong commercial performance.

You will own day-to-day store operations, appointments, scheduling, audits and stock control, ensuring safety and compliance. The role offers opportunity to develop leadership and potentially progress into larger stores or senior roles.

• Use data and in-store insight to identify opportunities and act
• Lead store confidently in the absence of Store Leader
