Job summary

Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a team, coach colleagues and ensure exceptional customer and patient care. You will manage day-to-day store operations, plan rotas, supervise stock and loss prevention, and drive performance with a focus on safety and compliance.

You will help shape the customer experience, develop staff, and have opportunities to progress into broader leadership roles across Boots stores and support offices.

• Ensure stock availability, cost control and loss prevention.
• Conduct audits, checks and risk assessments to stay compliant.
• Use data and reports to identify opportunities and take action.
• Step in for Store Leader when needed and own decisions and performance.
