Kate Spade New York is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader and maximize store productivity through coaching and operational excellence. You will set the tone on the sales floor, elevate service across channels, and foster an inclusive environment where associates thrive as their authentic selves.

The role requires 2+ years in retail management, strong leadership and English proficiency, and expertise with MS Office and retail systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store productivity and profitability through coaching and operational excellence.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling; manage clienteling and loyalty programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; monitor KPIs and coach to results.
• Oversee store operations, schedules, payroll budgets, and safety standards.
• Lead live streams and leverage social media for engagement.
