Kate Spade New York is seeking an Assistant Store Leader in Ellesmere Port to partner with the Store Leader in maximizing store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. You will set the tone on the sales floor, elevate service through omni-channel and virtual selling, and foster an inclusive environment where associates can thrive.

The role requires 2+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experienced with retail systems.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends, and react quickly.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service and drive omni-channel selling; mentor the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; coach and manage performance.
• Own store sales plans and forecasts; translate data into action plans to improve results.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising across the store.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, scheduling, and loss prevention.
