Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Education and experience may be combined.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook; experienced with retail systems.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and identify trends.
• Excellent English language proficiency; flexible schedule including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-focused environment; drive omni-channel selling and clienteling.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; coach for results.
• Own store sales plans and forecasts; collaborate with corporate teams on data-driven strategies.
• Maintain brand aesthetics and visual standards; communicate feedback on stock and customer trends.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, scheduling, and loss-prevention compliance.
