Card Factory is seeking a Store Manager in Banbury to lead the store team, set direction, and cultivate a high-performing, customer-first culture. You’ll hire, coach and oversee merchandising and payroll, using data to stay on track and drive results.

You’ll work closely with District and Regional Managers to grow the business, celebrate successes, and continuously improve operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
