You will manage in-store operations, staff development, and customer service standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and high visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in retail management including leading a team and delivering consumer experience.
• Ability to manage store budgets and drive profitability.
• Experience in recruitment, training and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve targets and deliver the required consumer experience.
• Manage controllable costs and efficiencies to improve profitability.
• Oversee sales floor operations during trading hours and ensure high standards.
• Implement trading plan and visual merchandising to prepare for trading periods.
• Plan staffing levels and manage rotas to match expected footfall.
• Ensure HR documentation and payroll processes are completed accurately.
