The role requires proven leadership, strong communication across all levels, and a track record of managing store KPIs, stock, loss prevention, and payroll. Permanent full-time position with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maximise store profit by identifying opportunities and ensuring floor standards.
• Lead by example to provide world-class customer service and upsell across store areas.
• Recruit, train and coach the store team to build future managers.
• Control costs and loss prevention with effective payroll and stock management.
• Ensure store KPIs (sales, payroll, costs, stock loss, service) are met.
• Communicate effectively across all levels and foster strong leadership.
• Support progression through retail and head office channels.
• Experience at Store Manager or Deputy Manager level for next step up.
