Qualifications

• Experience driving sales and achieving KPIs in a retail environment.
• Ability to coach staff and manage store operations.
• Strong merchandising and visual presentation knowledge.
• Proven track record of customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, KPIs and profitability by guiding customers and managing stock.
• Ensure high customer service standards and resolve conflicts on the sales floor.
• Spend most time on the sales floor coaching staff.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff to meet targets.
• Process POS transactions accurately and monitor store performance metrics.
• Oversee loss prevention and inventory counts.
• Maintain visual merchandising to Puma VM standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
