Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and manage store operations during non-peak times.
• Deliver a positive customer experience following the TUMI Selling Ceremony.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and SPH targets.
• Develop client relationships and drive data capture for outreach.
• Coordinate training and maintain merchandising and brand standards.
• Ensure health and safety and loss prevention procedures are followed.
