Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail position at Supervisor or Key Holder level is essential.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
• Experience in managing stock, operations and visual merchandising is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to consistently prioritise customer service while achieving excellent sales results.
• Experience with coaching and training individual KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coach and develop colleagues to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance while maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
• Assist with stock, operations and visual merchandising to ensure smooth daily running.
• Represent CT values and policies, ensuring health and safety compliance.
