Job summary

TUMI is seeking a Shop Floor Sales Manager at the Bicester Village store to lead daily operations and drive sales with a high-caliber team. You will greet clients, foster relationships, coach staff, and ensure flawless service while upholding store standards and stock presentation.

Position Summary

• Manages and coordinates the daily operations of the store and the daily activities of the sales staff while ensuring all are engaged in promoting and selling products to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensures each client receives outstanding client service; greets and acknowledges every client and develops new client relationships to increase sales and build brand loyalty.
• Ensures our clients receive superior after sales service.
• Attains monthly sales goal and delivers increases in other KPI goals (conversion, UPT and DPT) by driving this daily with the team.
• Monitors the team’s performance on service levels by assessing them daily and gives on the spot feedback and coaching.
• Ensures all training on our training platform is completed by the team and they are assessed on their knowledge through role plays and 121 conversations.
• Monitors and assists the Store Manager with the training and development for store associates.
• Assists the Store Manager with managing the store schedule and tracking the time and attendance for each associate on the store team in WFM, our time and attendance tracking system.
• Actively recruits and networks to ensure hiring of high calibre performing team members as well as maintain an active bench strength of potential candidates.
• Carry out monthly and quarterly reviews with the team to support them to drive their performance.
• Merchandises store as directed by visual guidelines and ensures that all stock is well maintained and in good condition.
