Job summary

TOTEME is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its new store at Bicester Village, Oxfordshire. You will lead the store team, drive commercial performance, and elevate the client experience from opening onwards.

You will oversee sales, clienteling, operations and visual merchandising, creating a culture of accountability and exceptional service to nurture long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in store management within luxury retail.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience working in an omnichannel environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Own sales targets, KPIs and store performance.
• Recruit, lead, coach and develop the store team.
• Plan and follow up on daily operational tasks and staff schedules.
• Manage budgets and expenses with a cost-conscious mindset.
• Oversee stock levels, logistics and sell-through.
• Implement store procedures and reporting activities.
• Develop store policies and strategies and achieve long-term KPIs.
