Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a dynamic Store Leader for our UK boutique. You will lead by example, coach a high-energy team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards and store presentation.

Responsibilities include driving sales, clienteling, and operational excellence, with a focus on team development and a positive, collaborative environment. The role requires 2–4 years in retail leadership and physical ability to handle products.

Qualifications

• 2–4 yrs experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Previous sales leadership and motivation experience.
• Ability to lift (at least 30 lbs) and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and model behavior reflecting company values.
• Deliver transformational customer experiences through coaching and training.
• Represent the Tory Burch brand, maintain store standards and presentation.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and ensure operational excellence.
• Drive sales, manage client relationships, and optimize team performance.
