What We Are Looking For...
  1. Drive sales & maximise profit - responsible for identifying opportunities to increase your store's contribution. Implementing high standards in layout, analysing reports, conducting daily floor walks, delegating effectively, monitoring competitor activity, and communicating trade feedback at all levels.
  2. Connect with our customers - ensure every customer receives a world-class shopping experience. Lead by example, motivate your team to give genuine service, and encourage upselling across all areas of the store.
  3. Recruit & retain the best talent - passionate about your team’s development, responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and managing performance to create future managers.
  4. Control costs & manage loss prevention - drive team productivity through effective payroll management, prevent theft through excellent service, and ensure operational soundness with stock management controls.
  5. Have a proven track record in managing store KPI’s including sales, payroll, controllable costs, stock loss, and service.
  6. Be a great communicator across all levels.
  7. Have great leadership skills.
  8. Be passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience.
  9. Have previous experience at Store Manager level or be an experienced Deputy Manager seeking the next step.
