What We Are Looking For...
  1. Drive sales & maximise profit - responsible for identifying opportunities to increase your store's contribution. Implementing high standards in store layout, analysing reports, conducting daily floor walks, delegating effectively, monitoring competitor activity, and communicating trade feedback at all levels.
  2. Connect with our customers - ensure every customer receives a world-class shopping experience. Lead by example, motivate your team to provide genuine service, and encourage upselling across all areas of the store.
  3. Recruit & retain the best talent - passionate about your team, responsible for their career development, recruiting the best staff, training and coaching them, and managing performance to create future managers.
  4. Control costs & manage loss prevention - drive team productivity, manage payroll effectively, deter theft through excellent service, and ensure operational soundness with stock management controls.
  5. Have a proven track record in managing store KPIs including sales, payroll, controllable costs, stock loss, and service.
  6. Be a great communicator across all levels.
  7. Have excellent leadership skills.
  8. Be passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience.
  9. Previous experience at Store Manager level or as a Deputy Manager seeking your next step.
