Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: Arc’teryx is coming! We are opening our newest Brand Store in Manchester and are seeking a Store Lead (Retail Supervisor). As a key member of the store leadership team, you will work alongside the Assistant and Store Manager, leading a team of Product Guides (Sales Associates) and facilitating the guest experience. You will be involved in all aspects of the retail store, including experience, product, community, operations, and people, continuously seeking ways to improve our practices. You are passionate about outdoor activities and product performance, and committed to bold objectives both personally and professionally. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to coach staff on guest experience, product knowledge, and business needs. You take initiative, assess situations effectively, and provide relevant feedback, celebrating achievements within the store. Our goal is to create a better world together.

As an Arc’teryx Store Lead, here’s what you’d be doing:

1. Leading in alignment with the Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose, and Values
2. Supporting the in-store experience during your shift, maintaining awareness of sales floor activities
3. Supporting Product Guides in delivering exceptional guest experiences through technical product knowledge, coaching, and feedback
4. Leading the floor and ensuring excellent guest service five days a week
5. Overseeing store pillars: experience, product, community, operations, and people
6. Building community by sharing brand information and event details with team and guests
7. Managing inventory, including receiving, restocking, and visual merchandising
8. Using tools to manage sales targets, labor, and budgets
9. Networking with partners to support events and enhance brand engagement
10. Managing opening and closing procedures
11. Responding to store communications and social media as needed
12. Processing transactions accurately using the POS system

• At least one year of leadership experience and 1-2 years of retail experience

Details: Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Compensation: Hourly + Bonus.

Expectations: Availability must meet business needs, including weekends and holiday seasons. You will be accountable for all store lead responsibilities and perform additional duties as assigned.
