Job summary

GANNI is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to help lead our Westbourne Grove store in London. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, drive a clienteling mindset, and support the Store Manager in delivering world-class service.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coach a diverse team, and contribute to achieving store KPIs while aligning with GANNI's values of openness, optimism, authenticity, accountability, and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Solid and proven management background with at least 1 year of store management.
• People management: lead, motivate and coach a team of sales advisors.
• Clientelling mindset
• Experience with operating systems and solid understanding of KPIs
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt during slower trade hours.
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional client experience and establish loyalty.
• Share responsibility for the shopfloor day-to-day operations.
• Motivate and coach sales advisors to reach store KPI targets.
• Support in-store events and collaborate with the VM team on visuals.
• Stock management and trade reporting duties.
• Lead daily team briefs and assist Store Manager in performance reviews.
