Job summary

GANNI is hiring a full-time Client Advisor to join our store on Floral Street, London. You will be an ambassador for GANNI, delivering seamless service and driving omnichannel experiences.

You will run styling sessions, build loyalty, and engage with the community through online bookings and in-store events, helping the store hit KPI targets and maintain a KPI-driven environment. You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, must have 2+ years in a similar industry, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar industry
• Experience with sales and a results-driven environment
• Omnichannel/omnicommerce understanding
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
