Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to achieve sales objectives by implementing sales strategies and monitoring KPIs.
• Guide the team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
• Actively participate in the sales process, upsell and cross-sell to customers.
• Drive clienteling and CRM-driven engagement to retain customers.
• Enhance store presentation and ensure brand-aligned visuals and merchandising.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, security, returns, cash handling, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety.
