Job summary

GANNI is hiring a full-time Client Advisor for our Kings Road, London store. You will be an ambassador for GANNI, delivering exceptional client experiences and running styling sessions that showcase our omnichannel approach.

You will build a loyal community, drive footfall through client outreach, and achieve KPI targets while managing stock and VM guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' background in a similar industry.
• Proven track record in sales in a target-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and English fluency.
• Experience with omnichannel/omnicommerce.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional client experiences
• Deliver outstanding styling sessions
• Establish loyalty within the community
• Foster client outreach program to drive footfall to the store
• Strive to reach KPI targets and support maintaining a KPI-driven environment.
• Drive in-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships.
