Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Be a customer service ambassador and enjoy working to KPI’s.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Responsible for opening/closing till and safeguarding store security.
• Welcome clients, guide them to products and understand their needs.
• Manage stock, organise stockroom, and maintain store standards.
• Support management toward individual and team sales targets.
• Explain Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and encourage participation.
