Job summary

Kurt Geiger is seeking a customer-focused sales ambassador to deliver exceptional service in our London-inspired environment. You will welcome customers, guide product choices, manage stock, and help maintain pristine store standards while supporting sales targets.

As a brand ambassador, you will promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, participate in promotional events, and pursue training to grow product knowledge and confidence, ensuring a premium customer experience across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience in retail environments, with a proactive approach to sales and store standards.
• Good awareness of current fashion trends and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service
• Hold keys for the store and ensure security when senior management is absent
• Open and close the till system
• Welcome clients warmly and guide them to products based on their needs
• Manage stock, stockroom organisation and maintain store standards
• Keep shop floor tidy and replenished, supporting sales targets
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and benefits
• Assist in planning promotional activities
• Adhere to uniform standards and act as a brand ambassador
• Participate in training activities to develop brand knowledge and excellence
