• Experience delivering strong customer service and a positive shopper experience.

• Interest in current fashion trends and trends in footwear and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers in a premium store environment.
• Open/close till and assist with security during shifts.
• Greet clients, assess needs and guide them to products.
• Maintain stock, tidy floors and replenish displays.
• Support promotional activities and store targets.
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and benefits.
• Adhere to uniform standards and brand guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training to become a confident brand ambassador.
