Job summary

Kurt Geiger, home to premium shoes and bags, seeks a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service and support in-store operations. You will guide customers to products, understand their needs, and contribute to a vibrant shopping experience while upholding brand standards.

As a team member, you will assist with till duties, stock control, and promotions, acting as a confident brand ambassador for Kurt Geiger and its luxury offerings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Understanding of delivering excellent customer service.
• Interest and awareness of current fashion trends is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently exceptional service to customers.
• Assist with opening/closing the till and secure opening/closing routines.
• Welcome customers and guide them to products to meet their needs.
• Help manage stock, keep the stockroom tidy and store standards high.
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and highlight their benefits to customers.
• Support promotional activities and sales targets with the team.
