Job summary

Kurt Geiger is seeking a retail associate in London to deliver exceptional service and guide customers through product selections. You will handle till operations, stock management, and help drive sales while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service consistently to every customer.
• Hold keys and ensure shop security during opening/closing in the absence of senior staff.
• Open and close the till system accurately.
• Welcome customers, assess needs, and guide them to suitable products.
• Manage stock by checking pairs, organizing stockroom, and maintaining standards.
• Maintain tidy shop floor, replenish stock, and ensure brand standards are met.
• Support management with achieving sales targets and promotions.
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and explain benefits to customers.
• Assist in planning and preparing promotional activities.
• Model brand standards (all black, unbranded, reflect the brand).
• Participate in training to become a confident brand ambassador.
