Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Responsible for opening/closing of till system and store security when manager absent.
• Welcome customers, guide to products, ensure positive shopping experience.
• Efficient stock management: stockroom and floor presentation.
• Maintain tidy shop floor and replenish stock to standards.
• Support management in achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Explain Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and encourage participation.
• Assist in training and development during senior management absence.
• Assist in planning and execution of promotions.
• Be a role model for the brand and adhere to uniform standards.
• Participate in training to become a confident brand ambassador.
• Support management with daily trade reports and conference calls.
• Hold daily team briefs and set targets when manager is absent.
