Job summary

TALA is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Associate for our Bicester store on a fixed-term contract from November 26 to January 27. You will welcome customers, provide styling advice, handle transactions, and uphold brand standards throughout shifts.

As a Key Holder, you’ll assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and coaching junior team members to maintain a high-performance store. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and quick learning ability.
• Attention to visual merchandising and on-brand displays.

Responsibilities

• Embody and communicate the TALA brand philosophy to customers.
• Greet customers and provide a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Offer product recommendations and styling advice based on preferences.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and returns professionally.
• Process sales transactions using the store POS system.
• Open/close store and support cash handling as a Key Holder.
