Job summary

TALA is expanding its team at Bicester Village for a temporary period from November 26 to January 27. As a Customer Service & Sales Associate and Key Holder, you will embody the TALA brand, greet customers, offer styling advice, handle inquiries, and process sales.

You’ll maintain an appealing store, assist with stock, support loss prevention, and collaborate with the team to hit targets. Benefits include 28 days holiday, Aviva pension, employee discount, clothing allowance, and uniform.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably fashion/activewear.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and quick-learning abilities.
• Strong visual merchandising sense and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced store.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
• Offer product recommendations and styling advice.
• Process sales and transactions using the POS.
• Maintain store layout and stock organisation.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory.
• Open/close store and manage cash securely.
• Mentor Sales Associate and support team.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
