Job summary

TALA is seeking a temporary Customer Service & Sales Assistant for its Bicester Village store from 26 November to 27 January. You will greet customers, offer styling advice and process sales while delivering a friendly in-store experience.

Maintain visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and housekeeping, collaborating with the team to hit store goals. Fluency in English and a passion for fashion are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably fashion/activewear.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, quick learner with teamwork ability.
• Strong visual merchandising and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Passionate about building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with friendly shopping experience.
• Provide product recommendations and styling advice.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Process sales transactions using the store POS.
• Maintain store layout, displays, and stock organisation.
• Assist with stock replenishment and stock checks.
• Follow loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
