Job summary

TALA is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Associate for a temporary FTC at Bicester Village to cover November to January. You will greet customers, offer product recommendations, process sales, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will assist with stock, merchandising, housekeeping, and training with the team, ensuring a stylish, on-brand store presentation and excellent customer experience. Experience in fashion retail and fluent English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail fashion or activewear preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Strong visual merchandising intuition and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing a friendly shopping experience.
• Offer product recommendations and styling advice based on preferences.
• Process sales transactions using the store POS system.
• Maintain store presentation and stock organisation on shelves.
• Assist with stock replenishment, checks, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training to stay on-brand.
