Job summary
Sainsbury's Limited in Gloucester Quays Store is seeking a Food Manager to lead daily store operations. You will coach teams, manage performance, and ensure high standards of customer service and stock availability. You’ll be key in driving KPI delivery, compliance, and a great shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications
- Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Delivers brilliant customer service and coaches a team to do the same.
- Experience leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing environment with KPI delivery.
Responsibilities
- Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall.
- Managing compliance to processes while delivering great shop keeping and customer service.
- Ensure every customer gets the food they want when they shop with us to be the first choice for food.
- People management including performance, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay accuracy.
- When needed, take overall responsibility for running the store and guiding colleagues.
