Job summary

Sofology is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Dundee to lead the shop floor with energy, drive revenue and deliver a first-class, red carpet experience for every customer. You’ll partner with the Store Manager on operations, coaching the team, and stepping in during absence to maintain standards and store performance.

You’ll use your sales expertise, product knowledge and leadership presence to inspire customers and colleagues alike, set the tone on the floor, and hit KPI targets while upholding

Qualifications

• We require a high performing sales expert with a passion for customer consultation.
• Experience coaching teams to deliver first class service on the shop floor.
• Strong product knowledge to help customers select the right sofa and present design options.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example on the sales floor, delivering an unrivalled experience and driving revenue.
• Use product and styling knowledge to help customers create dream living spaces.
• Showcase products in Sofology style and nurture customer relationships.
• Drive and track key commercial indicators and targets.
• Lead and motivate the team, with real-time coaching and feedback.
• Ensure store standards are maintained to an exceptional level in the manager's absence.
