Job summary

COS in Edinburgh is seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to lead the store team and elevate every customer journey. You will inspire colleagues, deliver exceptional styling advice, and drive sales while upholding brand standards on the shop floor.

With a passion for fashion and strong leadership, you will manage daily operations, support recruitment and training, and act as a brand ambassador to ensure a welcoming, high-performing environment in St James Quarter.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level customer service with expert styling advice and product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and ensure onboarding/training for new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering the best possible customer experience.
• Step into Store leadership as needed to ensure continuity and performance.
