Sofology is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to coach and motivate Sofologists in-store, delivering an unrivalled customer experience. You’ll lead daily meetings, maintain merchandising standards, and work with the Store Manager to create an inviting shopping environment.

You’ll also drive personal development, assess performance, and share product knowledge to uplift the team. Great leadership and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching retail teams.
• Proven ability to motivate staff to deliver top customer service.
• Strong communication and action-orientation in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team through daily morning meetings.
• Maintain shop standards and merchandising guidelines to roll out the red carpet for customers.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to create an engaging shopping environment.
• Support ongoing personal development with clear, achievable goals.
• Assess performance and identify training needs through observation.
• Share product knowledge and train the team on best practices.
