Job summary

Footasylum is seeking a Store Manager for our Dundee store. You will lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain stock and store presentation to reflect the Footasylum ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer-first mindset and ability to build loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Sales: maximise in-store sales and conversion.
• Service: satisfy customers and build loyalty for repeat visits.
• Profit protection and stock control: monitor stock and ensure safety.
• Merchandising, space, stock and display: present products to stimulate interest.
• HR & Training: lead recruitment, training and development of staff.
• P&L: manage day-to-day store expenses and profitability.
