• Proven experience in retail or service-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on customer experience and brand standards; drive conversion.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback; onboard and train new starters.
• Support promotions, replenishment, and floor tasks to meet daily targets.
• Maintain housekeeping and presentation standards; escalate issues to management.
• Be a calm, reliable presence during busy trading periods.
