Job summary

Marks and Spencer in Kendal is seeking a frontline Store Operations Associate to lead the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade. You will co-ordinate resource and support the Colleague Manager in their absence, while acting as a key holder.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation delivering a ready-to-trade salesfloor and coordinate resources
• Coordinate resource to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation
• Lead the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way and driving productivity before opening
• Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience
• Enable daily operational processes across area of store at the correct times
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store
• Role model customer service and M&S behaviours across the store
• Support Colleague Managers and nearby stores when required
