Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation, ensuring a salesfloor ready to trade.
• Coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill.
• Lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Allocate resources for quick payment experiences.
• Ensure daily operational processes are implemented efficiently.
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe store.
• Model great customer service and M&S behaviours.
• Support Colleague Managers and nearby stores when needed.
