Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Hertford is seeking a store colleague to lead the fill operation, ensuring a salesfloor ready to trade and coordinating resources to serve, sell and fill. You will lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager, deliver tasks on schedule, model customer service, and maintain a clean, safe, well-presented store.

Qualifications

• Lead the fill operation and coordinate resources to serve, sell and fill.
• Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during fill hours.
• Lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Role model excellent customer service and M&S behaviours.
• Colleagues must be 18 years or older due to safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way and driving productivity.
• Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience.
• Ensure daily operational processes are implemented efficiently on time.
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe, well-presented store.
• Support nearby stores if required and be a key holder for opening/closing.
