Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Identify customer needs, recommending suitable products and promoting complementary items to achieve team targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Maintain presentation across the shop floor with clean, organised fixtures and stock areas.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are visible and correctly displayed per company standards.
• Process transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and prepare deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support day-to-day store running.
• Take on additional duties and tasks as reasonably required.
