Responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming experience and provide product information where required.
Help achieve sales objectives by identifying customer needs and recommending products.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Keep shop floor presentation clean, organised and well maintained.
Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed correctly.
Process transactions, handle cash, stock processing and deliveries.
Use in-store technology to support inquiries and daily store operations.
Follow company policies and health and safety requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues to run the store smoothly.
Assist with additional duties as reasonably required.
