Sainsbury's Limited Meadowbank Store in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead store operations and deliver outstanding service.

You will manage front-of-house and back-of-house activities, coach teams, handle performance and disciplinary matters, and drive KPI performance across sales, stock, and colleague engagement. A strong track record in retail leadership and customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven line management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong focus on customer service and coaching teams to raise standards.
• Track record of delivering KPIs across sales, stock availability, and colleague engagement.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the overall customer experience across the store from checkout to back of house.
• Manage the front-end checkout operation to meet service expectations.
• Oversee operations in petrol stations where applicable.
• Lead people, manage performance and capability, and handle disciplinaries and scheduling.
• At times you may assume overall responsibility for running the store and providing direction to colleagues.
