Foot Locker in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Store Leader to take on the Store Manager's duties in their team. You will coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and manage store operations, training, visual merchandising, and assets.

The role emphasizes leadership across omni-channel retail, collaboration with team and senior staff, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace while meeting profit goals.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
• Ability to engage customers to deliver elevated experience.
• Motivated by interacting with customers and athletic products.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching and motivating your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by knowing all products and collaborating with colleagues to provide excellent service.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership.
• Learn and share product knowledge and trends to fit customer needs.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current/upcoming trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
