Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming experience for customers and provide product information.
• Identify customer needs, recommend products and promote accessories.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Ensure shop floor presentation is clean, stocked and well displayed.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly placed per company standards.
• Process transactions, handle cash and assist with deliveries.
• Use in-store technology to support customer enquiries and store operations.
• Follow company policies and health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support smooth day-to-day store running.
• Perform additional duties as required.
