Job summary

URBN is seeking a Design Coordinator in London to support the Store Environment Designer and display teams. You will develop conceptual renderings, floor plans and manage archival systems for in-store and brand enhancement projects.

The role reports to the Senior Manager - Creative Store Environment with a dotted line to the Store Environment Designer, guiding day-to-day priorities. You will work on seasonal plans, window displays, floor plans for new stores, and contribute to global expansion

Qualifications

Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD; SketchUp required.
MS Office (Excel) a plus.

Responsibilities

Support Store Environment Designer and Display teams in producing floor plans and elevations for seasonal prototypes.
Create and manage concept visuals, renderings, and presentation packs for new stores and expansions.
Maintain library of materials and resources to support design projects.
Assist with planning for in-store and Home Office setups, including global expansion initiatives such as concessions and franchises.
Coordinate with Creative, Marketing, Operations and Store Design teams to share project information.
Organise and archive store plans and visual assets for New Stores and Seasonal Sets.
