URBN in Milton Keynes seeks a Display Artist to craft high-impact in-store environments that reflect the brand's creative vision. You will translate direction into captivating visual displays and mentor teams on standards and materials management.

Collaborating with the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will manage seasonal concepts, ensure quality craftsmanship, and contribute to timely project execution while upholding safety and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong artistic background with fine arts, design, or architectural focus.
• Ability to develop creative ideas into working solutions.
• Talent in creating artwork, painting, paper hanging and carpentry.
• Excellent construction craftsmanship and experience creating 3D work.
• Effective communication and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate company direction into artistic, high-quality displays to drive sales.
• Use seasonal books to interpret floor set inspirations for the store.
• Ensure craftsmanship in windows and in-store displays.
• Mentor retail teams on visual standards and materials management.
• Support display budgets and cost-conscious decisions.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and organised display areas.
• Collaborate with VM Manager and store team for timely projects.
