Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking a Design Coordinator in London to support the Store Environment Designer, Concept and Display Teams. You will help develop conceptual renderings, floor plans and manage the archival system for in-store and brand projects, reporting to the Senior Manager – Creative Store Environment.

You will collaborate across departments to ensure timely and high-quality store design outputs. You will contribute to seasonal windows, floor plans, and new store openings, while

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
• MS Office (Excel) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Seasonal Plans – support concept and display teams in producing window and interior elevations and floor plans.
• Seasonal Display Inspiration – participate in concept meetings and organize final visual resources for seasonal concepts.
• New Store Opening Plans – assist in generating floor plans, elevations and renderings for new stores and presentation packs.
• Materials and Resources – maintain library of materials to support design teams.
• Special Projects – assist with in-store and Home Office layouts for new initiatives and expansions.
• Interdepartmental Partnerships – coordinate with Creative, Marketing and Store Design teams.
• File Administration – archive all store plans and visual assets.
