Job summary

URBN in the United Kingdom seeks an accomplished Visual Merchandiser to lead in-store VM projects, delivering inspiring seasonal layouts and displays. You will work with the display coordinator to set high standards and align with Head Office guidance, driving engaging customer experiences across the district.

You will partner with the store team to execute concepts, manage timelines, and communicate updates quarterly, enhancing sales through standout visuals and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales through visual presentations and business acumen.
• Understanding of URBN brand culture and local market appeal.
• Strong communication skills across all levels and good organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver visual merchandising concepts and seasonal layouts.
• Source outside inspiration and contribute unique perspectives to display concepts.
• Collaborate with store manager and display coordinator for timely execution of projects.
• Manage seasonal display concepts with time planning, mapping and clean execution.
• Communicate seasonal setups through photo layouts each quarter.
• Implement VM initiatives, window schemes and styling to high standards.
• Share merchandising concepts and trends with store teams via meetings and boards.
• Inspire and mentor team members, delegating projects while allowing creativity.
• Coach team on product placement, merchandising standards and promotions.
