URBN at Westfield Stratford City, London, seeks a Display Artist to craft visually compelling displays that align with brand direction and enhance sales. You will collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to create creative yet commercial floor sets.

The role requires a strong artistic background, a professional portfolio, and the ability to mentor store teams in visual standards, materials handling and constructive techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong artistic background including a fine arts, design or architectural background.
• A completed professional portfolio should be submitted if applicable.
• Ability to develop creative ideas into working solutions.
• Talent and interest in artwork, painting, paper hanging and carpentry skills.
• Excellent construction craftsmanship with experience in creating 3D work.
• Ability to communicate effectively and possess strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret Company direction to create artistic, visionary displays that positively impact sales.
• Utilise seasonal books to interpret floor set inspiration for the store location.
• Ensure excellent craftsmanship throughout windows and in-store displays.
• Actively seek outside inspiration and contribute unique perspectives to display concepts.
• Mentor retail teams on display through training on visual expectations and materials management.
• Identify and develop team members to assist in display projects with VMM and store management.
